Private cycle care · for you and your people
Know your rhythm.
Share the care.
Liora turns your cycle into calm, useful context—so you can plan ahead, learn what helps, and let someone support you without having to explain everything first.
The problem Liora is here to solve
Tracking a date is easy.
Carrying the context is not.
A calendar can tell you when. It rarely helps with the harder parts: noticing patterns, preparing for a trip, remembering what eased the pain, or asking for care on a difficult day.
Liora keeps the private details private, then turns the parts you choose into practical next steps.
“I know what hurts. I forget what actually helped.”
“I want support. I don’t want to manage how it happens.”
Care, not just charts
A cycle tracker that helps
with the day you are actually having.
Likely inner summer
See your cycle as a changing rhythm, not a countdown that pretends every month is exact.
Heat helped most often
Log where it hurts, what you tried, and whether it helped. Liora learns locally from your own history.
Your trip may overlap
See the likely range, make a packing plan, and set a private reminder without changing your history.
A clearer conversation
Turn cycle notes and life-impact check-ins into a concise report you can bring to a clinician.
Partner mode
Support should begin
before she has to ask.
Share a thoughtful summary—not your private history. Your partner sees the phase, the signals you allow, and simple ways to show up. You stay in control of what leaves your phone.
SAM SHARES TODAY
No flow history, notes, intimacy, or medical records are shared.
OFFER, BEFORE SHE ASKS
What would feel helpful today?
Tap an offer to send it. She can answer “Yes please” or “Not today”.
She decides
Sharing can be paused any time. Symptoms are off by default.
They offer
Care begins with a helpful action, so asking is not another task.
She answers
A simple yes or not today keeps every suggestion respectful.
Private by design
Your body is not
a business model.
Core tracking works without an account, a cloud, or an internet connection. Your cycle history stays on your phone.
- Local first
Your logs, notes, pain map, and care history stay on this device by default.
- Share less
Partner mode sends only a limited summary while you are signed in and sharing is on.
- Leave freely
Create an encrypted backup or export open formats. Your data is yours to keep.
A more honest kind of prediction
Liora does not pretend
your body is a machine.
Predictions widen when the data is uncertain, instead of hiding variation behind a single date.
Insights come from your own history and are framed as context—not diagnosis or contraception advice.
Partner mode shows only what helps someone support you. Private details remain private.
The honest answers
A few things worth knowing.
Do I need an account?
No. Core cycle tracking works offline and does not require one. An account is only needed for optional cloud features such as Partner Mode.
What can my partner see?
Only the summary you allow: your phase, cycle day, rough next-period window, selected moods or symptoms, and an optional partner note. Your full history and private logs are not shared.
Is Liora medical advice?
No. Liora can help you notice patterns and prepare a report for a clinician, but it does not diagnose conditions or replace medical care.
Does Premium cover both people?
Yes. One Liora Premium plan covers both people in an active connection, whether the plan belongs to you or your partner.
Liora early access
Your cycle already tells a story.
Liora helps you use it.
Private enough for your body. Practical enough for real life. Thoughtful enough to share.
